Each CSA week is different and unique, depending on the season. At Kneehigh Farm, we try and strike a balance between introducing new varieties, and providing staple crops.


Arugula, Asian/mustard greens (bok choy, tatsoi, mizuna), little gem & head lettuce, beets, broccolini, broccoli raab, spring onions/scallions, cabbage (green, red, napa), cilantro, carrots, chard, dill, fennel, garlic scapes, spring garlic, kale, kohlrabi, mint, radishes, salad/mesclun mix, salad turnips, spinach, parsley, peas (snap, snow, shelling)...


Beets, carrots, chard, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers (pickling & slicing), dill, eggplant (Japanese & Italian), fennel bulb, garlic, lettuce, leeks, peppers (bell, frying, hot), melons, okra, onions (bunching, storage) potatoes, shallots, summer squash, tomatillos, heirloom tomatoes, fresh herbs (basil, cilantro, dill, parsley, etc.)...

as of 2018, we have started growing organic flowers. bouquets will be available at our farm stand and swarthmore farmers’ market.
