SwaRthmore winter Member agreement

1. I have read and I understand the details of Kneehigh Farm’s 2024-2025 Winter CSA on the website for pick-up at Swarthmore. I commit to support Kneehigh Farm’s growing season financially for 10 weeks from December - February through the purchase of a CSA share. I realize that each season is unpredictable, and despite planning, dedication, and hard work, there are many naturally occurring variables (weather, pests, etc.) that could affect my CSA share. I agree to take part in the risks and rewards involved in Community Supported Agriculture. 2. I understand that if I forfeit my share part way through the season, it is my responsibility to find a replacement for the remaining weeks. I will notify my farmers of the replacement, and relay their contact information. Payment will not be refunded. 3. If I am unable to pick up my share during the designated market time (11am-7pm), I will schedule a friend or family member to do so, or agree to forfeit it. I understand my hosts cannot set aside my share if I am unable to arrive in time.
