WE LOVE VARIETY.

Every winter, we spend countless hours pouring over seed catalogues and tweaking what crops to grow for the coming season. We prioritize purchasing organic, heirloom and open-pollinated cultivars. Being Certified Naturally Grown, we never buy GMO or treated seeds.

To us, transparency is the backbone of CSA. We experiment with varieties and adjust our choices every year based on feedback, as well as personal favorites. As consumers, you are guaranteed a crop that was chosen not only for productivity, but for its history, resilience, and nutritional value as well. We aim to provide a consistent supply of what you eat regularly, while tossing in a few options that spice up a weekly routine.

EACH CROP HAS VERY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS WHEN IT COMES TO STORAGE AND HANDLING. We put a lot of effort into proper post-harvest care, so that your veggies stay fresh and delicious long after you've received them.

Listed above are veggies we have grown. Click on a crop to see the varieties we’ve chosen, and tips for storage and preparation. We've outlined what each vegetable requires to maintain its freshness and nutrient density, and basic recipe ideas to spark your culinary creativity. (Sign up for our CSA Newsletter to receive more specific recipes each week.)

To us, Community Supported Agriculture means that eaters have a say in what is being grown for them. Tell us what you think, and what you want your farmer to grow!
