Store in a sealed plastic bag in your fridge, unwashed. If the leaves have wilted on the dandelion or escarole, dunk them in cold water to re-hydrate, dry lightly and place them back in a plastic bag in the fridge. Storage life: 10-30+ days, depending on variety.
