Ideal temp: 35℉

Place in an unsealed plastic bag in your fridge's crisper. Cut off roots and rinse well before using to remove dirt. Storage life: 30-90+ days, depending on variety.


Peeled and julienned raw in a remoulade
Shaved in a salad
Chop into small cubes and roast at high heat (with or without other root veggies)
Creamy celeriac soup
Cubed in soup, stew or stock
Shepard's pie
Alongside roast chicken
Puree or mash with potato
Fritters or "Latkahs"
