Store in a sealed plastic bag in your fridge. If the leaves have wilted, dunk them in cold water to re-hydrate, dry lightly and place them back in a plastic bag in the fridge. Storage life: 10-14 days.
Braised whole in stock and soy/fish sauce, or ginger & garlic
Steamed/braised with miso dressing or peanut sauce (over rice)
Stir-fried or sauteed, topped with sesame seeds and toasted sesame oil
